The Metropolitan Council discussed the authorization of the Community Development Executive Director to execute grant agreements and amendments for the State Fiscal Year 2027 Parks and Trails Legacy Fund Program, the Regional Parks Bonding Program, and the Legislatively Designated Pass-through Program. This action aims to improve operational efficiency and streamline the processing of large-dollar grant agreements by reducing the need for repeated council approvals for individual projects.
