Town Beach Seawall

Description: The work shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following: Repair approx. twenty-five (25) linear feet of the existing granite seawall; Reinstall one (1) large, displaced granite slab located at the base of the seawall; Fill and compact voids between existing granite stones using suitable stone, riprap, or other approved materials necessary to restore the stability and structural integrity of the seawall; Reset, reposition, or realign adjacent granite stones as necessary to provide a stable and secure wall; Preserve existing granite materials wherever reasonably practicable; Remove and properly dispose of construction debris and unsuitable materials generated by the work; Maintain a safe work area and protect the public, Town property, and existing structures from damage during construction; Restore the work area to a clean, safe, and satisfactory condition upon completion; Perform all incidental work necessary to provide a complete and functional seawall repair.
