TOS No. ED21-060 - Vista Del Mar (8255) Bulkhead Environmental Surveys and Monitoring

Description: The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering (BOE), Environmental Management Division (EMD) is seeking a consultant for a Personal Services TOS—not a grant program—to provide a new retaining structure and associated roadway improvements near 8255 Vista Del Mar. The proposed structure is a steel soldier-pile and precast-concrete-lagging bulkhead approximately 258 feet long and up to approximately 11 feet high. The project addresses roadway distress from settlement and creep of underlying subgrade materials, restoring lateral support and stabilizing the adjacent slope to protect public infrastructure and maintain safe access.
