Tomoka Farms Road Landfill (TFRL) Leachate Evaporation System Demonstration Project

Description: Volusia County seeks a contractor to furnish and install leachate evaporation systems in two existing storage ponds at Tomoka Farms Road Landfill. The systems are intended to average 100,000 gallons per day of evaporation over a six-month performance period, with condensate falling within the pond boundaries. The contractor must provide a performance measurement and monitoring plan for County approval within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed, and the systems may be leased temporarily or leased to own.
