Title Search Services

Provide all necessary administrative labor, legal services, supplies, licensing, and any other components necessary to provide title search and related services. Services shall include but not be limited to: a. Conduct a comprehensive search and examination of relevant public records to identify the record title holder and all instruments related to the subject property. This includes interests, liens, encumbrances, potential encumbrances, clouds, and defects affecting the property's title.
