Tire Procurement Program RFP

Description: To establish dependable, competitively priced sources for tires and expressly awarded related products and services. Each Tire Program Contract has an initial two-year term, anticipated through November 19, 2028, and remains in effect until the VSA publishes the next official Contract award, whichever occurs later. At the VSA's sole option and by mutual agreement, a Contract may be renewed for up to two additional consecutive two-year terms.
