Third Party Administrator (TPA) Conflict Claims

Description: Metro seeks a qualified third-party administrator to provide comprehensive claims administration for conflict claims under its Workers’ Compensation Program. Services include program administration, claims intake and adjudication, payment coordination and appeals, recordkeeping and reporting, regulatory compliance, and participant support. The contractor must meet applicable legal and performance requirements, and the proposed contract term is three years.
