Qty 1 - P/N MLWC-266 Manual Laser Window Changer Manual Laser window changer provides a clean optical beam path for extended periods of operation. A UV grade fused silica window-liner is rotated manually, from a coated position to an uncoated position to provide clean laser beam path. The time to rotate to an uncoated position is determined by the user, based on the type of material deposited and the amount of transmission loss expected for the 266nm wavelength due to the deposit. The silica liner provides 6 such uncoated positions (depending on the existing optics configuration). The silica liner can be cleaned exsitu and can be reused. The main laser window is protected from receiving any deposit from the plasma plume.
