Security division functional & compliance support (task area 1): the contractor shall provide management and operational support including office management, meeting and event coordination, preparation of documents and presentations, distribution of information, metrics management, and logistics support. The contractor shall perform scheduling and organizing of meetings, events and conferences including conference rooms and other spaces required to implement the activity. The contractor shall support the visitor request process to ensure authorized and appropriate personnel are allowed access to buildings and spaces. The contractor shall provide support for personnel moves by completing required paperwork and monitoring progress. The contractor shall maintain the inventory and track the office supplies and shall initiate replenishment efforts with the appropriate government entity. See attached file.
