Work generally includes grading and expansion of a 14-acre site, construction of a new access road, relocation of electrical utilities, and installation of a new electrical duct bank and pad. Additional work includes landfill fencing, rehabilitation of existing concrete roadway, clearing of approximately 3 acres for roadway excavation, and construction of a 10" continuously reinforced concrete roadway with reconstruction of the CB-4 Rail Unloading Pad.

Terminal B will receive targeted upgrades focused on Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), terminal finishes, curtain wall repairs, and Americans with Disabilities (ADA) upgrades.
