This strategic plan outlines the Port of Grays Harbor's strategies for the next decade, focusing on utilizing resources to facilitate, enhance, and stimulate international trade, economic development, and tourism for the betterment of the region. The plan is structured around five core priorities: Customer Service, Retention & Development; Fiscal Stewardship; Infrastructure Stewardship; Safety & Public Waterfront Access; and Environmental Stewardship. Key outcomes include creating a sustainable economy for Grays Harbor, measured by job creation, return on public tax dollars, environmental stewardship, fiscal responsibility, and investment in public and private infrastructure.
