Tema New EOC and Administrative Building (Request for Proposals)

Description: Seeking to hire a CM/GC who can effectively partner with the state on the construction of the emergency operations center building and all associated work. The essential facility will be composed of new construction to include partial demolition and tie-in of existing structure. Work also includes construction of a new 300+ space parking garage, and all related site work. The new emergency operations center will include administrative space, break-out and conferencing rooms, and an auditorium. The project is located at the joint force headquarters. The project is being developed to replace the existing tema emergency operations center and support spaces located in the basement level of building 102, which no longer adequately supports the modern-day requirements of tema.
