The work includes removal of the building, foundations, architectural components, mechanical and electrical systems, site features, and associated appurtenances, as well as removal, abandonment, capping, or relocation of municipal services. The contractor must also handle approved disposal, environmental controls, protection of adjacent properties and services, and restoration of the site to a safe, neat, and stable condition.
