SWR - 2026 Replace 41 Depreciated Poles in South County
Description: Snohomish County PUD is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to replace 41 aging utility poles across South County, including Mountlake Terrace, Lynnwood, Snohomish, Lake Stevens, and Monroe. The work requires all labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, pole removal, installation, related line construction, waste disposal, and site restoration; bidders must be on the District’s Small Works Roster and hold the A-1 “Overhead Line Construction, Distribution, 12kV” qualification. Electronic bids are due through the Public Purchase website by September 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM EDT, with an engineer’s estimate of $250,000 and questions directed to bids@snopud.com.
