The work generally includes the construction of a 1,056 SF water pumping facility with four vertical turbine pumps, mechanical piping, valves and fittings: the installation of a 24” supply water pipeline and 18” and 6” discharge transmission mains including offsite existing water main connections and valve insertions. The work includes grading, drainage, storm drain, pavement, fencing, landscaping and concrete improvements. The pump house building will be CMU with a standing seam metal roof; includes HVAC equipment and electrical and SCADA systems. The building will have a crane runway, bridge crane and hoist system and other related components and work all as contained in the Contract Documents.
