Student Information System

Description: The Los Angeles County Office of Education Educator Preparation Unit (EPU) is seeking qualified proposers for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of a secure, web-based Student Information System that supports the full lifecycle of program participants, including lead management, applications, enrollment tracking, workflow automation, communication, and reporting for applicable programs, while also providing ongoing system updates, technical support, and data security compliance to ensure efficient and sustainable program operations. TO BE CONSIDERED, ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN THE ONLINE BID MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BY THE TIME AND DATE OF CLOSING. PROPOSERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ON-TIME SUBMISSION OF THEIR ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS. LACOE WILL ONLY CONSIDER APPLICATIONS THAT HAVE BEEN TRANSMITTED SUCCESSFULLY AND HAVE BEEN ISSUED AN E-BID CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM THE ONLINE BID MANAGEMENT SYSTEM INDICATING THAT THE APPLICATION WAS SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED. LACOE has attempted to provide all information available. It is the responsibility of each Potential Contractor to review, evaluate and to request any clarification prior to the submission of any proposal. All questions or clarifications must be submitted through the bid management system no later than the time and date specified. Potential Contractors are responsible for reading the questions and answers. LACOE shall not be obligated to answer any questions received after the above-specified deadline or any questions submitted in a manner other than as instructed above. In properly exercising its best judgment, LACOE is not under any affirmative duty to answer each and every written question which is submitted. Additionally, in answering written questions, LACOE may edit, combine, re-word, or otherwise change such questions for the sake of clarity, whenever necessary, within LACOE’s discretion. If it becomes necessary for LACOE to revise any part of this RFP, provide clarification or additional information after the RFP documents are released or provide responses to the questions received, a written addendum will be made available to all registered Proposers via the online bid management system. All addenda issued shall become part of the RFP.
