Statesmen College Preparatory Academy for Boys PCS seeks proposals for a modern K–12 student information system for School Year 2027–28 and beyond, including implementation, data migration, integration, training, and support. The SIS will serve as the school's authoritative record for student and academic information, replace the existing enrollment/re-enrollment process, and improve data quality, OSSE reporting, and family-facing workflows while reducing manual data entry. Statesmen prioritizes reliable integrations, migration management, and ongoing support over feature count, and directs interested vendors to email for the full scope of work.
