Description: The City of Grand Junction, through its Purchasing Division, is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors for labor, equipment, and materials to install a storm sewer connection and new catch basin at 1st Street and Walnut Avenue. The work includes one catch basin, approximately 37 LF of 12-inch-diameter gravity storm sewer, and surface restoration involving concrete, curb, gutter, sidewalk, v-pan, and asphalt. Electronic responses for IFB-5975-26-DD are due through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System before 10:00 AM on September 16, 2026, and a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM at City Hall Auditorium.
