STEM Plan Implementation Support Contractor RFP

Description: HDESD, in partnership with the STEM Hub Network, seeks a contractor for an accelerated six-month foundation phase to jump-start implementation of Oregon’s 2026–2032 STEM Education Plan. The plan was released in September 2026 by the Oregon STEM Investment Council, Oregon Department of Education, and Higher Education Coordinating Commission, and was developed with educators, STEM Hub leaders, industry representatives, higher education partners, community organizations, and state agencies. It provides a shared vision for strengthening STEM education statewide.

Richmond Greenway Bridge Project – Implementation Plan RFP
The City of Richmond is requesting proposals from qualified firms to complete an Implementation Plan for the Richmond Greenway Bridge Project. This request for proposal (RFP) describes the project, the required scope of services, the consultant selection process, and the minimum information that must be included in the proposal. Failure to submit information in accordance with the RFP requirements and procedures may be cause for disqualification. The anticipated end date will be when the Caltrans grant terminates on June 30, 2029. Proposers are required to read and understand all information contained within this entire Proposal package.
