STC - Lighting Improvements RFP

Description: In general the work consists of replacement of the existing LiteKeeper lighting controls with new Lutron lighting controls in the Exposition Center, Horse Barn, Lower and Upper Concourse, RV Parking Lot and US Cellular North Gate, as well as a one-for-one lighting fixture replacement of the highbay and emergency fixtures in the Exposition Center. For the lighting fixtures, existing mounting locations and stems shall be utilized.
