Summary
Provide a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that will include services for self and supervisor-referrals. The EAP should improve the health and well-being of employees, which will improve the individual’s personal and professional growth. By having the EAP, the State feels like it will increase productivity, boost employee retention and reduce employee absenteeism. The EAP will be available to all Using Governmental Units (UGUs) to have the option to provide their employees their dependents and domestic partners and immediate family living in the household. The estimated start date for this contract is 08/13/2026 and the estimated end date is 08/12/2031. The initial term of the contract is for one (1) year with the potential for four (4) optional one-year terms.
