Upfit of space to include 3D printing lab, automotive shop and battery testing lab. The project converts existing shell space into advanced research laboratories supporting innovation, testing, and industry collaboration. The project includes specialized laboratory environments, support spaces, ADA-compliant restrooms, a mother's rood, custodial facilities, upgraded building systems, and significant mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety infrastructure required for laboratory occupancy.
