Provide behavioral health crisis response services; selected contractor shall implement a response model in which licensed behavioral health professionals respond in real-time and support specially trained law enforcement personnel responding to calls involving individuals experiencing mental health or substance use -related crises. The services shall include real-time clinical consultation, behavioral health assessment, and crisis de -escalation support. The RFI seeks vendor input on provider-facing population health, care coordination, and interoperability solutions that can integrate with electronic medical records, enable real-time clinical interventions, and connect rural hospitals, clinics, specialty providers, behavioral health practices, pharmacies, and community-based organizations. Responses addressing data integration, care coordination, referral management, patient engagement, and value-based care analytics are due by September 2, 2026, with questions accepted through July 29, 2026.
