Description: The Incline Village General Improvement District is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or government affairs firms for year-round state intergovernmental relations, legislative advocacy, lobbying, regulatory monitoring, and strategic advisory services. The selected firm will represent the District before the Nevada Legislature, the Governor’s Office, state agencies, legislative and interim committees, Washoe County, and other governmental entities. The open RFP has a bid deadline of October 2, 2026, and identifies priorities including short-term rental tax distribution, treated-effluent use within the Tahoe Basin, and Nevada Public Records Act matters.
