Starkville Class I Rubbish Site, Final Closure Construction

Description: The City of Starkville, Mississippi is accepting sealed bids for the Starkville Class I Rubbish Site, Final Closure Construction, which involves construction of a Final Cover System for Final Closure of the Starkville Class I Rubbish Site (the city's landfill located on Rockhill Road). Bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, Starkville City Hall, 110 West Main Street, Starkville, MS 39759, until 10:00 A.M. on August 26, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
