Work includes concrete sidewalk repair, concrete stairs, mechanically remove the failed and loose mortar and re-point the block foundation behind the downspout on the se corner of the home with n-type mortar, reattach the loose aluminum fascia on the upper rear gable. , condesate pump, basment floor repairs, alarms, gfci receptacles, install new graspable handrails at the rear stairwell from the 1st floor to the basement. Prep, repair, prime the water stains in the 1st floor bedroom ceiling with a stain blocking primer and finish paint to match the existing paint. Replace the existing dryer vent with a galvanized solid walled vent.
