Description: Faculty Professional Development Provider. Qualified higher education professional development providers to deliver innovative, evidence-based training and learning opportunities for faculty, staff, and administrators. The selected provider will support institutional goals related to instructional excellence, student success, workforce responsiveness, leadership development, and inclusive educational practices across multiple campuses and instructional modalities. Services should include flexible and scalable programming focused on areas such as teaching innovation, online and hybrid learning, emerging technologies, faculty engagement, assessment, and organizational effectiveness. STLCC seeks a partner with demonstrated experience serving higher education institutions, particularly community colleges, and the ability to provide measurable outcomes and customized solutions aligned with institutional priorities. Through this partnership, the College aims to strengthen employee effectiveness, enhance student achievement, and support continuous improvement across the institution.
