2026 Sanitary Sewer System Smoke Testing Professional Engineering Services RFP
The Village of Oak Lawn is seeking qualified firms to perform smoke testing and data analysis of 81,900 feet of its sanitary sewer system.
Description: The Capital Regional District (CRD) is soliciting bids for sewer main CCTV inspection, smoke testing, cleaning, root cutting, and manhole inspection services on Salt Spring Island as part of the Maliview wastewater system infrastructure upgrades. The contract scope includes mobilization, traffic management, pipeline cleaning, CCTV recording of defects, root cutting/removal, smoke testing, manhole inspection, and delivery of survey logs and a final investigative report. The work supports the Maliview Local Sewer Service Commission within the broader Maliview Wastewater System Infrastructure Upgrade project.
