Spill Response Services

Description: This combined synopsis/solicitation requests quotes for rapid spill response and prevention services at U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force bases and facilities throughout Japan. The resulting contract will provide fixed-price task orders for recurring and non-recurring work under a basic indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a 12-month base period and seven 12-month option periods. Performance covers mainland Japan, Okinawa, and surrounding waters up to 12 nautical miles, divided into seven zones, and requires the contractor to provide the necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and related services.
