Rehabilitate the existing concrete marginal wharf. Work includes demolition and removal of portions of the existing concrete deck, pile caps, and appurtenances, construction of a new reinforced concrete deck, repair of existing piles, installation of pile jackets, and replacement of waterfront elements, including bull rails, wale systems, fenders, and mooring hardware such as bollards. Work also includes installation and replacement of utilities and site improvements, including potable water, stormwater, drainage, pavement replacement, and utility potholing. Additional work includes excavation, backfill, dewatering, demolition, hauling, disposal, and temporary work necessary to complete the Project.
