Southlawn Pond Project

Description: Work includes 1 LS demolition and haul off for the entire project limits and plans -including but not limited headwall/ocs systems, drainage structures, fencing, existing trees, and riprap; 1 LS earthwork and grading- includes all excavation, fill, grading, site preparation, temporary dewatering, pumping, and dewatering filtration necessary to maintain suitable and stable working conditions throughout construction. Engineer estimate approx 680 CY of excavation (raw), 2,300 CY of fill material (raw), and 2,000 CY of hauling; 1 EA chain link gate - 10' wide. See attached file.
