Southeast Area Growth Management and Thoroughfare Plan RFP

Description: Professional services for the southeast area growth management and thoroughfare plan. This project consists of developing a growth management plan. The study will consider current land uses and proposed development activity, and provide thoroughfare plan recommendations to create a connected roadway network and multimodal transportation system adequately accommodating growth demands. The study will also inform strategies, policies, and regulations designed to ensure transportation infrastructure will be appropriately phased, funded, and coordinated between public and private investments and amongst multiple public agencies.
