Long Range Property Management Plan Update RFP

Description: The City of Vallejo is seeking proposals from a consultant to update its Long Range Property Management Plan using the City's 2015 plan, 2024 Economic Development Strategic Plan, zoning code, General Plan, and other relevant documents. The consultant will assess city-owned properties, identify highest and best uses and catalyst sites, evaluate sale-versus-leasing strategies, estimate improvement costs and potential sale prices or lease rates, and identify entitlement requirements. Deliverables include staff coordination, a draft report, and implementation strategies involving zoning adjustments, creative financing, public-private partnerships, and phased disposition.
