South Tower Exterior Envelope Waterproofing - Phase 2 RFP

Description: Contractors for exterior improvements. The project includes removal/replacement of thru-wall metal flashing and window sealants. The removal and reuse of brick veneer at all thru-wall flashing conditions, new end dam flashing, and repointing of brick veneer is also included. Dh hill is a high-rise building requiring safety protection at areas below and likely rigged access to work areas from the roof above.
