South Street Sidewalk CEI Services (RFQ 2026-3)

Description: CITY OF MARIANNA REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services CR 167, SOUTH STREET SIDEWALK PROJECT FDOT FPIN: 449916-1 RFQ # 2026-3 The City of Marianna is seeking engineering construction and inspection services related to the construction of a sidewalk for the South Street Sidewalk Project. The Project consists of constructing approximately 4275 LF of 8-foot-wide asphalt shared use path from Eva Mae Street to Wynn Street. Approximately 644 LF of 6-foot-wide concrete sidewalk will be constructed from Wynn Street to McPherson Street. These improvements will be constructed along the north side of CR 167 (South Street) and will include approximately 300.7 tons of asphalt pavement, 5606 square yards of base, and 586 LF of drainage pipe, with 3 end walls and 7 mitered end sections as identified in the City's Local Agency Participation contract with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). Consideration will be given to only those firms that are qualified pursuant to law and that have been prequalified by FDOT to perform the indicated types of work.
