South Road 68 Pavement Preservation RFQ

Description: The City of Pasco, Washington, Department of Public Works – CIP Engineering is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington to perform civil engineering services for the South Road 68 Pavement Preservation project (Project No. 26 710, Federal Aid No. NHPP-3515(011)). The selected Consultant will perform right-of-way (ROW), topographic, and ROW surveys along with geotechnical analysis. The project is funded through the 2025 National Highway System (NHS) Asset Management Program with a 10% voluntary Small Business Enterprise goal, and SOQs must be submitted electronically to Brooklynn Jefferson at the City by 11:00 AM PDT on Thursday, August 20, 2026.
