Construct facility improvements at the Quilcene Herb Beck Marina including: Remove and dispose of existing deteriorated concrete boat ramp, retaining wall, excavation spoils, creosote bollards, and other materials and debris; install a new boat using precast concrete panels and CIP concrete over geotextile fabric, quarry spalls, and crushed surfacing; install a CIP concrete access wedge, float landing, steel pipe piles, and steel frame floats; and regrade side slopes adjacent to the boat ramp.
