SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES RFP

Description: Ector County is soliciting sealed or electronic bids from qualified and properly permitted contractors for municipal solid waste disposal services. The selected contractor must provide all labor, equipment, facilities, permits, and resources needed to accept and dispose of municipal solid waste delivered by the County in compliance with applicable regulations. Bids are due on September 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time and may be submitted electronically or as hard copies to the Ector County Purchasing Department in Odessa, Texas.
