Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District seeks a two-phase design-build solution for a new approximately 13,000-square-foot climate-controlled Airborne Equipment Parachute Repair Facility at Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. Work includes design and compliance, site and utility work, a 50-ton crane, rigging lanes and cargo conveyance, HVAC, communications and security, commissioning, and maintenance support. This is a 100% total small-business set-aside firm-fixed-price procurement with an $8.2 million budget ceiling, and Phase I will shortlist up to three offerors for possible Phase II.
