City Golf Course Cart Path and Hole Repaving RFP
The project includes widening approx 5,080 LF (10,160 SF) of existing five-foot-wide concrete cart paths by adding two feet of new concrete to achieve a finished width of seven feet. Additionally, approx 212 LF (1,484 SF) of existing concrete cart paths shall be demolished and reconstructed to a finished width of seven feet. All work shall include site preparation, excavation, grading, select fill as necessary, concrete demolition and removal, reinforcing steel, dowel installation, concrete placement, finishing, curing, and final site restoration.

Municipal Golf Course Golf Cart Barn
This project will replace an old building that has outlived its lifespan and usefulness. A new building will be constructed to accommodate a fleet size of 80 carts, provide weather protection, and include modern amenities. The existing fleet of gas-powered carts is recommended to be replaced with electric carts, which will require charging stations.
