Description: This project will replace an old building that has outlived its lifespan and usefulness. A new building will be constructed to accommodate a fleet size of 80 carts, provide weather protection, and include modern amenities. The existing fleet of gas-powered carts is recommended to be replaced with electric carts, which will require charging stations.
