SOLE SOURCE AWARD: JOHNSON CONTROLS METASYS BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM (BAS)

Description: The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, on behalf of the National Ocean Service’s Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, intends to procure Johnson Controls Metasys Building Automation System core component parts on a sole-source basis. The components are required to extend NOAA’s enterprise building automation system, replace unsupported Windows 8 system components, and integrate with NOAA’s existing Johnson Controls Metasys administration software. The procurement also includes related parts and services for installing and commissioning the upgraded Metasys HVAC building automation system.
