Solar Photovoltiac Power Generation

Project will create a 2.1 MW DC (1.4 MW AC) maximum solar canopy adjacent to the WWTP to offset a portion of current energy usage at a WWTP. The design must include a minimum of 13ft elevation of the panels due to floodplain concerns and the Respondent’s submittal should include, but is not limited to: major milestones schedule, including provisions for: permitting & licensing, as applicable; engineering, procurement, and construction; testing strategy. Proposed strategy for adding additional solar generation and extensibility. List of major equipment supplies proposed to be utilized for project development. Supply chain risk mitigation strategy.
