Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda) RFP

Description: The City of Waco is soliciting bids for the furnishing and delivery of liquid sodium hydroxide for use at its potable-water treatment facilities. The solicitation has two separately awardable groups: 50% sodium hydroxide for primary year-round use and 25% sodium hydroxide for optional cold-weather or other operational use, with bidders permitted to submit pricing for either or both groups. This is a non-grant product-supply procurement, and the City requires related transportation, delivery, transfer equipment, documentation, technical assistance, safety equipment, and other necessary services.
