SMD-Requirement Contract Installation of VC Floor of Apartments-Development Name, Located Brooklyn Neighborhood (Bk06), Brooklyn
NYCHA is soliciting competitive sealed bids for nine separate development-specific requirement contracts to install vinyl-composition (V/C) floor tile in apartments at named Brooklyn developments, including Marcy, Roosevelt, Summer/Bed-Stuy, Tompkins, Borinquen Plaza, Bushwick, Cooper Park, Taylor Wythe, and Unity Plaza/LI Baptist. Each contract has a three-year term with up to two one-year extensions; NYCHA anticipates limiting awards to one contract in Step 1, with discretion to award one additional contract in Step 2. Bids are due electronically through iSupplier by November 10, 2027 at 2:00 p.m., and bidders must meet NYCHA tile prequalification, New York State prevailing-wage registration, and eComply Section 3 submission requirements.
