Airport Operations Center Roof Replacement
The complete removal and replacement of the modified bitumen roofing assembly and building envelope repair of the AOC Building at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. The removal will include all roofing assembly down to the structural deck, including all existing roofing accessories. This area includes antennas and other radio equipment, so the roofing contractor will need to coordinate with RDU to ensure the antenna operations are not impeded at any time. The scope also includes a bid alternates for building envelope repair including scope primarily related to sealant joint repair and replacement and repair to insulated metal panel cladding corners and gaskets, as well as ballasted guardrail fall protection.
