Shop Vallejo Programming RFP

Description: The City seeks a contractor to implement a Shop Vallejo program focused on Vallejo retail and restaurant operators that generate local sales tax. The program may be new or an existing program expanded, augmented, or extended, must take place in 2026, and has an allocated contract amount of $35,179, with up to 15% allowed for administrative costs and the remainder for direct campaign costs. The effort follows the 2024 Economic Development Strategic Plan's recommendation for a pilot project supporting shopping locally in Vallejo, and City Economic Development staff will manage the contract.
