Shady Pines MHP - Improvements To Water Syatem RFP

Description: The project proposes the following work to the water system: Replacement of the existing 40+ years old 6,000 Gal steel pressure storage tank with 2: 4,000 Gal buried fiberglass storage tanks; Construction of a new 95 GPM dual-alternating self-priming booster pump system to pressurize the mobile home park distribution system. The existing 6,000 gallon steel pressure tank is pressurized by the 30 gpm well pump; Construction of a 45 ft extension on the 1.5” PVC well supply line with two buried shut-off valves from the existing water building to the new water tanks; Construction of 30 ft of 3” PVC suction line from the new water tank to the interior booster pump system.
