Services to Support Persons with Acquired Brain Injuries and their Families

Description: The State of Maine, through the Department of Health and Human Services and Office of Aging and Disability Services, seeks proposals for statewide services supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries and their families. Services include an information and referral hotline, community resource coordination, neuro-resource facilitation, transition support, peer and family support-group training, hospital education, an annual conference, and monthly training. The initial contract period is January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2028, with renewal options, and bidders must comply with HIPAA, insurance, and electronic-information risk-assessment requirements.
