The State of Maine Department of Health and Human Services is soliciting proposals for a qualified vendor to serve as a fiscal agent responsible for managing the review, validation, approval, and award of Individualized Planning Funds (IPF). IPF is a flexible, short-term, time-limited support program that fills gaps in services for children and youth whose needs cannot be addressed through other funding sources. This is a procurement of services contract (not a grant program) issued through the State of Maine's procurement system, with proposals due by August 27, 2026.
